e-ASIA Collaboration: PPMF participated in proteomics training at the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan
To strengthen the partnerships among the collaborating institutions, a two-week joint-training session was held at the Tokyo Institute of Technology from January 23 to February 3, 2023. The aim of the training was to finalize and optimize a common analysis protocol across the three collaborating teams.
PPMF staff receive further LC-MS proteomics training at the Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology in Singapore
From October 3 to 7, 2022, the Protein, Proteomics, and Metabolomics Facility (PPMF) research and laboratory staff of the Philippine Genome Center participated in further training on Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) at the Functional Proteomics Laboratory (FPL), Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology (IMCB), Biopolis, Singapore.
