The DNA Sequencing Core Facility (DSCF) facilitated a Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) training for the Virology and Vaccine Institute Philippines (VVIP) researchers on February 20-22, 2024 which consisted of both lectures and hands-on experience.
The comprehensive training was conducted as part of the VVIP’s implementation of their “Detection of Food and Waterborne Bacterial Pathogens using Phage-based Diagnostics” project.
