Wash your hands frequently! Remember to wash your hands whenever you touch a door handle, adjust your face mask, or before & after any lab procedure
Always wear a facemask. Facemasks protect both you and the people around you.
Kindly have your temperature checked upon entering the work place or other establishments.
Observe social distancing. Keep a distance of at least one meter apart from others while in the building.
Smile! Even with your mask on.
Watch out for signs and symptoms of COVID-19. Be open about your symptoms and reach out to the nearest health center or hospital near your area.
Bring an extra pair of clothes. Change your clothes before going home, place used clothes in a plastic bag, and have them washed immediately.
Ventilate your rooms at least twice a day and air out living quarters and work places by opening windows at least twice a day for at least thirty minutes.
