The DNA Sequencing Core Facility (DSCF) conducted a 16S Metagenomics training for Visayas State University (VSU) attendees on September 18-22, 2023.
The training provides the participants with an understanding of 16S Metagenomics and its applications while also equipping them with practical skills in experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation, which are crucial for advancing research in microbiome-related fields.
