Biobank Core Facility
Storing biospecimens and derivatives for research & extension services
A physical repository of biospecimens obtained from humans, plants, animals, and environmental samples and their derivatives (e.g., DNA, RNA, proteins, metabolites, processed blood, cells, microbes, and viruses). The Biobank Core Facility provides services for receiving, processing, storing, and distributing biospecimens and their derivatives to investigators for research and other relevant purposes.
