Public Consultation for the UP Policies on Human Biobanks
The UP Human Biobank Task Force (UPHBTF) is inviting researchers, faculty, and/or relevant stakeholders that handle human biospecimens and are involved in biobanking to a webinar which will present the UP Policies on Human Biobanks.

Session 2: April 27, 2022, 3:00 pm
Note: The second session will be held for those who will not be able to attend the first consultation
The UPHBTF has drafted the UP Policies on Human Biobanks to provide a set of guidelines for Human Biobanks in all UP CUs to ensure adherence to local and international principles. Based on numerous consultations with the UPHBTF members and consultants representing different UP CUs involved in human biobanking, this public consultation aims to seek the views of stakeholders regarding the policies, especially on the proposed organizational structure for human biobanks.
Registrants/attendees are encouraged to review and give their feedback on the draft of the UP Policies on Human Biobanks, which can be accessed here.
