The DNA Sequencing Core Facility held a training on Whole Genome Sequencing for participants from the Philippine Rice Research Institute (PhilRice) on August 12-14, 2025. Participants are presented with a comprehensive lecture on Molecular Biology techniques for Genomics and an introduction to Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and its workflow from DNA extraction to MiSeq sequencing.
